- Thi công cảnh quan và các tiện ích tại tầng 1, tầng 3 và tầng mái
- Hoàn thiện công tác xây, tô tường, cán nền
- Thi công sơn nước, ốp lát, trần thạch cao đến tầng 18
- Thi công lắp đặt nội thất: tủ bếp, sàn gỗ, cửa gỗ đến tầng 12
- Thi công kết cấu khu vực nhà văn hóa và khu Villa
- Thi công hạ tầng hệ thống điện, thoát nước, đường nội khu

The latest progress updates at Urban Green construction site at the end of May 2024:
The Aster, The Bliss Tower, and Villa area:
- Landscaping and amenities construction on the 1st, 3rd, and rooftop floors in progress
- Completion of wall construction, floor screeding
- Completion of painting, tiling, and plaster ceiling up to the 18th floor
- Installation of interior fixtures: kitchen cabinets, wooden flooring, and wooden doors up to the 12th floor in progress
- Structural construction on the cultural house and Villa area in progress
- Infrastructure development for electrical systems, drainage, and internal roads in progress
